Mastering the Art of Yogic Peace: A 21 Module Course on Purna Yoga Shanti
Liberation from the cycle of birth and death is a concept that has been explored and explained in various spiritual traditions and philosophies. The idea is that through spiritual practice and self-realization, an individual can break free from the endless cycle of reincarnation and achieve a state of permanent liberation or enlightenment.

In the practice of Purna Yoga, the individual soul goes through a process of purification and detachment from worldly desires. As the mind becomes more focused and detached, the individual begins to seek liberation from the cycle of birth and death. This journey involves various stages of self-realization and meditative union, ultimately leading to the dissolution of the Causal matter and the experience of the form of consciousness.

The process of liberation involves letting go of attachments and desires, including the desire for Dharma, wealth, desires, and even liberation itself. Through the practice of meditation and self-realization, the individual can achieve a state of Supra-conscious Meditative Union, where the essence of consciousness shines forth devoid of delusions.

As the individual progresses through the stages of meditation and self-realization, the Causal matter of the various Brahmas gets dissolved into the Supra-conscious, leading to the experience of the form and the ultimate realization of the Self. This process culminates in the dissolution of the four authorities and the attainment of Absolute Peace for all Selves.

In conclusion, liberation from the cycle of birth and death is a profound spiritual journey that involves self-realization, detachment, and the dissolution of the Causal matter. Through the practice of meditation and self-realization, individuals can achieve a state of permanent liberation and enlightenment, breaking free from the cycle of reincarnation and attaining a state of Absolute Peace.
